Un percorso personale di crescita e affermazione . Come, di fronte alle difficoltà sia importante cambiare prospettiva cercare e accogliere il supporto esterno. Grazie a un progetto dedicato al sostegno degli studenti meritevoli, Federica ha potuto accedere a strumenti concreti – mentorship, risorse formative – che le hanno permesso di proseguire gli studi e affrontare con fiducia le sfide del mondo accademico e professionale. Il suo racconto invita a superare il pregiudizio dell’autosufficienza, sottolineando quanto chiedere aiuto sia in realtà un atto di coraggio e una strategia vincente per trasformare ostacoli in opportunità di crescita personale e collettiva. Dopo un diploma di Liceo Classico sceglie di inseguire il suo primo sogno e, anche grazie all’incontro con la Fondazione Ufficio Pio, prosegue i suoi studi e consegue con lode la laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Aerospaziale tra il Politecnico di Torino e l’Università di Stoccarda. Ha collaborato con aziende e agenzie aerospaziali nazionali e internazionali tra Italia, Germania, Gran Bretagna e Giappone.
Nel 2023 è stata premiata “Engineer of the Year” tra le giovani promesse di Airbus, il costruttore europeo di aeromobili, è stata finalista agli Engineering Talent Awards promossi dalla Royal Aeronautical Society, ricevendo una menzione speciale per i progetti da Lei realizzati.
Specializzata sul miglioramento delle prestazioni di volo delle strutture alari, oggi é focalizzata sulla certificazione dell’ A350 Freighter, il nuovo velivolo cargo della flotta Airbus.
