Anouk Ehreiser explores the origins of life on Earth and the ancient microbes who survived apocalypses far more extreme than anything we face today. She shares an inspiring perspective on survival, adaptation, and the lessons that life on Earth has to offer in an uncertain world. Anouk Ehreiser is a PhD student at the Department of Earth Sciences at the University of Hong Kong. She studies the resilient microbes that thrive in Earth's harshest environments. With a background in physics, her previous roles have included consulting in the semiconductor and optics industries.
