Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer and Project Director at Diversity Atlas, Rezza has helped build a platform now used in over 42 countries by more than half a million people worldwide—leveraging data to celebrate and amplify cultural diversity in workplaces and communities. Rezza began his career in the broadcasting world, where he led large-scale digitization and archival projects, later transitioning to tech leadership roles in Australia’s education and non-profit sectors. His unique ability to bridge technical expertise with social impact has earned him awards like the Best Educational Game and the Serious Games Showcase & Challenge Award in the industry category.
