- 13:56In an Age of AI, What Will Wealth Even Mean? | Sultan Ghaznawi | TEDxRiyadhIn "The Age of AI and the New Meaning of Wealth," I explore how artificial intelligence is transforming our understanding of wealth. In this talk, I raise the question: In an age of AI, what will wealth even mean? I trace the evolution of wealth from tangible assets like land and gold to the mechanical era of factories and the digital age of platforms. Now, we are entering the Intelligent era, where wealth is generated by systems that learn and adapt on our behalf.I identify three forces shaping this new landscape: the speed of compounding decisions, the democratization of sophistication, and the emerging value beyond capital. These forces highlight how AI can make wealth more accessible but also poses risks of inequality and bias. I propose three guiding principles—the Three A’s: Access, Agency, and Alignment—to ensure that AI benefits society as a whole.Ultimately, I argue that wealth in the AI era could become more inclusive and human-centered, but it requires a conscious effort to define it. The choice is ours, and the time to shape this future is now.
