„Ganz schön viel Meinung für so wenig Ahnung.“ Dieser Spruch beschreibt genau, wie schnell wir Pauschalaussagen übernehmen, statt selbst zu denken. Wir sind umgeben von schnellen Meinungen und lauten Vereinfachungen – aber wer denkt dabei eigentlich noch selbst? Markus Bräuning lädt ein, die eigene Urteilskraft wiederzuentdecken. Nicht als Pflicht, sondern als Spiel. Er zeigt, dass mehr Klarheit nicht nur im Kopf entsteht, sondern auch im Körper spürbar wird. Humorvoll, nahbar und mit klugen Fragen macht er deutlich, warum Selbstdenken manchmal unbequem ist, aber unsere größte Freiheit bedeutet. Markus Bräuning ist Geschäftsführer des Berufsbildungsseminar e.V., einem etablierten Bildungsträger, sowie systemischer Berater und Speaker. Schon früh träumte er davon, Seminare zur Persönlichkeitsentwicklung zu halten, glaubte jedoch lange selbst nicht daran. Heute lebt er genau diesen Traum.Auch seine Art, Führung zu gestalten, ist für ihn Wirklichkeit geworden: menschlich, klar und mit Haltung. In seinen Seminaren, Coachings und Vorträgen zeigt er, wie geistige Freiheit, Leichtigkeit und ein gestärktes Vertrauen in sich selbst gelingen können.
